Sejurul petrecut la aceasta vila a fost excelent. M-am simtit ca acasa. In primul rand vila ofera o priveliste superba asupra orasului si marii atat de la parter cat si de la etaj. Mobilierul din balconul de la etaj este excelent si te imbie sa stai si sa contempli peisajul. Confortul interior este excelent si complet. Mobilierul este ca nou. Paturile au saltele foarte bune. Terasa exterioara de langa bucatarie, unde poti servi masa, este umbrita in permanenta si are in dotare chiar si un ventilator. Camera copiilor (cu paturi suprapuse) este excelenta. Copiilor le-a placut foarte mult. Peluza este foarte bine ingrijita si ai acces la ea din cele doua camere de la demisol. Baile sunt curate si dotate cu tot ce trebuie. Nu lipseste apa calda. Am avut la discretie apa plata pe parcursul intregului sejur. Vila era curata cand am sosit desi am sosit mai devreme dacat ora anuntata. Exista spatiu suficient de parcare, langa vila chiar pentru mai multe masini, Este un real avantaj deoarece in plin sezon in oras nu gasesti aproape deloc un loc de parcare. Gazdele sunt foarte dragute si iti ofera toate informatiile. Te simti ca acasa. Practic nu-ti lipseste nimic. Este un loc in care te poti relaxa si odihni.

House is comfortable and well designed. Washing and drying machines are available to use. The balcony has a good view of around. Owner family is very helpful and kind.

What can be improved: It is not so close to the sea. Daily or periodically cleaning service should be provided.

The house is great, we received a very warm welcome by our lovely hosts. You will find everything in the house you´ll need for a nice stay. Quiet located and with a nice view to the sea from the Terrace. Nice beaches you will find nearby. We can highly recommend the house!!!!! Thank you for all.

Excellent summer vacation villa

Excellent facilities. Exactly as described on the site. Spacious, clean. Excellent barbecue area. Nice garden! 5-10 minutes drive from Golden beach and Crouseau beach. Walking distance from Pefkohori town for dining out. Excellent and easy communication with owner. They allowed us to leave later than 12 without even asking for it. They offered! Overall all was amazing!

What can be improved is: Air conditioning switches off when doors even on the lower floor are open, so a bit inconvenient. Should be floor specific.

Wonderful Villa Pefkohori is a nice villa in a good location. The spacious, clean and cozy villa is in a quiet area surrounded by exotic plants. There are excellent facilities including a barbeque and a child’s feeding chair. In front of the noise isolated house, there is a well maintained garden. The beach is about 800m away, 10 minutes walk. Our hosts were very kind and friendly people, that were always ready to help us. Thank you. We will definitely go there again.

The house is great! We received a very warm welcome by our lovely hosts. Everything that visitors might need is found in the house. The place is very quiet, and you can enjoy a nice and calm vacation with a lot of good beaches near-by. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in Greece.

Our staying in Villa Pefkohori was nice and comfortable. We really had a rest, with four children on board. Quiet safe place, nice and clever organized house, with lots of small things, which are made for a comfortable stay.

We wish to come back, and our children too.Good beds, comfortable tv area, relaxing view and patio. Everything is made for happy living.

What can be improved: the air conditioner is required downstairs on the 1st floor. Sometimes it’s really hot at night and during afternoon rest.
The Internet is sometimes low.

“We spent 10 very pleasant days in the house.” We are going for summer holidays in Greece, 12 years now, but have never been to Halkidiki before. Sincerely this was this was a very good choice for us, because you are very friendly people and your hospitality is much over the average. The house meets exactly what a family needs. We have been there, a big family consisting of 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything looks like new, and the furnishing of the house is fantastic. Guests can find everything they need for a nice holiday. What is important for us, is that everything was very clean. It was a nice surprise, that you provided us with many necessary things
for the entire period, which can make a difference. The outdoor dining area, on the veranda, is very nice and the view of the sea from there is great! The shops are not far, and there are also beautiful beaches close, such as: Koursaros, Umbrellas, Summer Time, etc. Of course, you need a car to go there. Referring to the minuses, there are not many. Maybe the quality of Wi-Fi, which is sometimes slow and does not work all the time, as well as that the warm water finishes too fast (maybe you can increase the capacity of reservoir). We recommend from our heart this house for summer holidays, and we are seriously thinking to come back there, next year too.

Really nice big villa, with a great view of the sea, very homey (with many rooms). Definitely more than we expected. Very comfortable and clean, and although it was a bit more on the expensive side, as we were only 4 friends (can accommodate at least double; and really it is perfect for big families or a big group of friends), it was worth it. Alexia and her son Eliseos were very welcoming, and explained everything about the house (from wifi access to how to use the A/C). I was surprised that they even greeted us in our language, Serbian.
