1. Please book your vacation on Chalkidiki in Greece, by completing the web-form on our “Villa Pefkochori” homepage.
2. Within 24 hours after we have received the completed web-form, you will receive a (preliminary) booking confirmation via e-mail. In this confirmation mail we will also include the rental contract, which should you have to sign and return it to us.
3. After signing the rental contract, we will charge a 30% booking fee (of the total rental amount). After payment of this 30% booking fee, please send us a copy of the payment order. Once we recieve the copy of your payment order, we will confirm the “official booking” of “Villa Pefkochori”.
4. You have to pay the remaining rental cost, at least 30 days before arrival, plus the *guarantee fee. If your actual booking occurs, less than 30 days prior to the booking period, please pay the total rental amount and the *guarantee fee at once.
In case a confirmed booking is cancelled, please note that the following terms & debiting of cancellation fees apply:
- At least 30 days before arrival = charge of 30% of the rental amount.
- From 29-14 days before arrival = charge of 50% of the rental amount.
- As of 13 days to 7 before arrival = charge of 70% of the rental amount.
- From 6 days to 1 before arrival = charge of 80% of the rental amount.
- No show during arrival date = charge the total rental amount.
*The guarantee amounts to 20% of the total rental amount, and acts a safety in case of any damage caused by the customers to the property. We return the guarantee fee to the customers either directly (on check-out), or up to one month after they leave the house. This occurs, if guests do not damage the property.
